Energy Advice in the UK

A discussion paper, published in October 2009, is available on the future needs and priorities of energy advice in the UK.

Gloucestershire Environment Partnership

Severn Wye is a key partner within the Gloucestershire Environment Partnership (GEP), working alongside Gloucestershire County Council. The role of the GEP is to take a strategic lead on environmental issues, to provide advice and help set targets for Gloucestershire Conference partners to assist in co-ordinating their work, and to make decisions where appropriate, particularly in matters relating to the Gloucestershire Local Area Agreement (LAA). Climate change, transport and waste are the GEP's initial priorities.

>> The Gloucestershire NI 186 Delivery Plan is a publication that outlines the county's strategy for reducing per-capita CO2 emissions as defined by National Indicator 186. This work to drive down carbon emissions encompasses the domestic, business and public sectors, as well as road transport.
