What we can offer

Severn Wye can help your business to reduce fuel bills, attract new customers and improve your work place environment.

To do this, we provide a comprehensive and detailed energy survey followed by on-going support. Our advice will be independent, impartial and technology neutral - in other words, we're not owned by a big corporation or funded by a particular industry, and won't force you into investing in something that's not suitable.

What we will offer is the solution that is best for your business. From the billing data analysis and on-site survey we will undertake, we aim to identify a minimum of 15% savings from no-cost and low-cost energy efficiency measures. Our expert team will then support you in finding accredited local installers, obtaining and assessing quotes and getting the identified measures installed.

What we offer...

1. Analysis of fuel bills to identify trends and anomalies, and to assess tariffs and charges.

2. Up to three hours on site gathering data and identifying opportunities for savings.

3. A full written energy survey report including an assessment of:

  • Heating or plant room for age and efficiency of boilers
  • Time, temperature and zoning control of heating systems
  • Insulation levels of walls, ceilings, pipe work and any rooms with a constant temperature requirement
  • Lighting opportunities both from a technical (efficient lighting and control) and user perspective
  • Electrical equipment - from that found in a standard office, to technical process machinery
  • Renewable energy revenue generation opportunities from the Feed-in Tariff and Renewable Heat Incentive

4. A face-to-face presentation of findings and recommendations.

5. A bespoke 'action plan' with measures grouped into no, low and capital cost.

6. Follow-up support through the installation and commissioning of measures.

Cost

The cost of the service is 2.5% of your organisations annual energy spend and so will vary from business to business. However, if your energy costs are less than 20,000 per annum the service will cost £500+vat.

For example, a business spending £20,000 per annum on energy engages our services at £500+vat. This would typically return a minimum saving of £3,000+ through the implementation of no and low cost measures.
