News New service provides Home Energy Advice SWEA now manages the energy efficiency advice centre for Gloucestershire. The service provides free and impartial advice on all aspects of home energy efficiency and can be accessed by phoning: 0800 512 012 The centre is part of network of Energy Efficiency Advice Centres across the UK which are co-ordinated by the Energy Savings Trust (EST).
