The Green Room is a mobile advice centre partially funded by Domestic and General Insulation Ltd, the Warm and Well contractor. It can be taken to both community and Local Authority events and shows, and enables members of the public to simply drop in for general energy efficiency advice as well as information on renewable technologies and how to apply for grants for energy efficiency, such as loft and cavity wall insulation, solid wall insulation, etc.

The vehicle showcases several renewable technologies and there is a wide selection of literature and free energy saving gadgets that visitors can take advantage of whilst on board.

The Green Room can attend events of all sizes, but events with less than 30 attendees would be avoided due to the cost of the vehicle attending and the staff required.
