What is Green Key?

Green Key aims to promote energy efficiency to new homeowners in rural Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire, resulting in lower fuel bills, more comfortable and re-saleable homes, and a cleaner global environment. Green Key offers new homeowners competitive prices on insulation measures, efficient heating and electrical appliances, access to an independent energy survey and free energy efficiency advice. The scheme is a partnership between Forest of Dean District Council, Stroud District Council, Cotswold District Council and South Gloucestershire Council. It is funded by a HECAction Award from the Energy Saving Trust and managed by the Severn Wye Energy Agency, a local non-profit organisation dedicated to sustainable energy development.
