FREE home energy survey and personalised energy efficiency advice appropriate to each property. Grants of up to £6000 available dependant on benefits, income or age. Also additional £500 grants available to top-up governments Clear Skies grants for renewable technologies such as solar hot water, heat pumps or wood pellet heating.

Grants of up to £5,000 for insulation and/or heating improvements. Available to Cotswold residents aged over 60 in many circumstances and people on benefits who do not qualify for Warm Front. As part of Warm & Well, Cheltenham Borough Council is running a Heating Scheme for Cheltenham borough residents only. The scheme is aimed at over 60's who fit certain income and savings criteria and households on certain qualifying benefits.

Affordable Warmth - 100% grant for heating system improvement up to a maximum of £3,500. If you cannot heat your home affordably due to low income/inefficient heating provision/a home that cannot be insulated adequately, help may be available.
